Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Antifungal Activity of Quinazolinone Derivatives

In this paper, four new compounds with quinazolinone structure were designed and synthesized based on the special biological activity of quinazolinone. The containing structures using a one-pot method after intramolecular cyclization dehydration catalyzed by aqueous methylamine solution. Their characterized 1H NMR, 13C FT-IR, HRMS, crystal 2a was X-ray diffraction. their potential antifungal tests, it found that newly exhibited significant against all seven phytopathogenic fungi at concentrations 150 300 mg/L. Among them, target compound 2c showed best inhibitory effect Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum fungus, 62.42% inhibition concentration Compound is expected to be leading for treatment watermelon wilt in future, which worth further study.
